Good fish available but meals expensive. Where the higher classes meet. Unlike the more reasonably priced restaurants in Alsancak.

There are several fish restaurants and taverns at the kordon. Hasan has very good mezes. I strongly suggest to give it a try.

I waited 20 mins to get a menu, and that's after I asked for one. Then the order was not completed, they forgot to give me a dish but still charged me for it. The food was okay but nothing special really. The waiter never asked me if I needed anything, I had to hunt him down for water and lemons for my grilled fish. I couldn't eat here again.

Maybe good for smokers but not for me. They curtain all over the place tightly so that street sellers don’t bug customers. Result is a terrible smoke and smell but the waiters didn’t care for our complaints. Food was not good either. Lakerda was a joke. Otherwise I love the atmosphere in Kordon so I will try the other restaurants. 2 points is for the salad.
