Really interesting and quite awe inspiring. The local council could do more to promote this or provide more information but at 15 lires to get in can't really grumble. That's around £2.00. free to roam and touch which is rare.

After visiting some of the most amazing gift shops outside we spent a good amount of Time wandering the temple. It was pretty hot and sunny so definitely be prepared with water and sunscreen. Its relatively small compared to something like efes but it's very beautiful

Fantastic Greek temple ruins dating back to the time that this region was conquered by Greeks. The guide books say that if completed, this would have been second only to the Padtenon. Looking at the sheer scale this is clearly evident.

A beautiful place with so much history. Worth paying to get the audio which explains everything. Use your musekart. Also visit the new museum opening shortly. And visit what is now a mosque but was a Greek Orthodox church.
