Hakkımızda
Günümüzde Kaya Otel ve Restoran'ın bulunduğu binanın ilk bölümü yaklaşık 200 yıl önce, Kapadokya'nın mimari geleneklerine göre yapılmış, 1950'li yıllarda binada ikamet etmekte olan kalabalık ailenin gereksinimlerini karşılamak amacıyla genişletilmiştir.
1985 yılından itibaren bina onarılarak önce restoran, daha sonra otel olarak yerli ve yabancı misafirlerin hizmetine sunulmuştur.
Kapadokya mimarisinin başyapıtlarından olan yapının otele dönüştürülmesi sırasında tamamıyla ülkemiz kültürünü yansıtmak amacıyla sadece ülkemiz ürünleri - halı, kilim, çini,sedef kakmalı dekorasyon öğeleri, yorgan ve çeşitli elişleri vb. - bilinçli olarak kullanılmıştır. Otel misafirlerinin çoğunluğunu oluşturan yabancı misafirlerin olumlu tepkileri bu tercihin doğru olduğunu göstermektedir.

One of the oldest hotel in Cappadocia. The hotel is located at the end of the street from where every place in the town is walking distance. Amazing views from the terrace. Good breakfast spread. Staff is okay. Overall good place to stay!

A good hotel in a nice location and nice panoramic views from the terrace restaurant. Complimentary water of 1/2 litre/person provided on all days of stay. Breakfast and dinner is included in the room rent. The rooms are designed to look like a cave and you get that feeling while you move around the hotel and see the actual chimney hills and small caves around you. Overall a nice experience to stay in this hotel than to stay a regular usual hotel

Warm reception, spacious room: furnished, designed, well heated, with good view. Restaurant with excellent food. Wi Fi available. Nice place to stay

A lot of group tour. Far from city center, you cant walk to downtown if it's winter and a lot of snow. The room is standard, it's just not feel exotic seem like its picture on website BTW every staffs is so nice, always smile and helpful.
