After having seen nice photos with a nice view over the beach, we tought we will have a 4 stars accomodation at a turkish resort.Its known that usually the turkish resorts offer the best services around Europe at least.
This WAS NOT THE CASE FOR Justiniano club Alanya.
First of all, the accomodation is very far from airport and any city. Outside the resotrt you mainly have a bazar at around 15min walk.
The WIFI is free ONLY in the main building.There are no rooms to book in the main building.
In order to have internet around the resort you have to pay 2$/day for 1 device. If we'd knew that, we wouldnt have come.
The food is very poor from all points of view: taste/diversity/quality..
At the same time all around the hotel there are only russians, even the turkish staff speak mainly russian.
They are sort of shocked if you are not russian.
Even the commercials are written in russian/Music and entertainment...everything is russian..I feel i came to Russia and not Turkey.
You dont even get turkish food..you have more or less (4 turkish dishes)...everything seems designed for Russia...
I would have also some photos of how the toillete seat looks like in a 4 stars resort but there s to much shame with that...
This experience makes me wonder if i ever again want to go to an all inclusive Turkey resort...
At least I will not return to this hotel because of the above and also because of the language barrier as we do not speak russian.
Also many employees of the staff only know turkish and russian but besides a Hello and how are you in english, we cannot get much help.

It is a good place if you are russian. It gives you the feeling that you have arrived in other country, like Russia. Nothing turkish, nothing local, everything is made for russian tourists. Even the personel, if you try to speak english it is quite difficult.

This resort is not for a non Russian person, everything in this hotel is Russian, almost everyone too. music, events gest relations and even the reseption, no one talk english starting with the reseption they are fine instead of one "Russian" girl her name is "julia" she is the most unfriendly and mean person i ever seen, when she saw that i was a foreigner with middeterian look she was acting like i was her enamy or something i guess she is rasict or has mental issues , logic.
food is the same everyday, its cold and not fresh, i guess they leave the left overs for the next day, 3rd day of my staying i only ate fruits.
beers have 90% water i guess, i had 15 glass of beer the and i got lil bit tipsy even though i dont have alcohol tolerance , cocktails taste so bad, dont even try them.
only bad alcoholic drinks and junk food is with this all inclusive offer, the shampoo for example isn't served, you have to buy it from their super market, internet too
they have an open air "night club" which is full of children from 11 till 12:30
the security guards will stress you so much with looking at your bracelet and asking you to show it to them, feels like prison "this happens with a non Russian looking person" they were thinking I'm turkish :D no matter how many times i talk English with them they will keep talking turkish with me, calling me Abi
the bartenders are turkish, they're so mean that you will have the feeling that they want to pick a fight with you. it looks like they were been forced to work there.
honestly its better throwing your money in trash can rather than giving it to this hotel, if you are not Russian you will be treated so bad and humiliated, i was so stressed the whole time. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!
in conclusion: if you are a Russian with many children who is looking for low quality and cheap resort, this hotel is perfect, if you're from any other country don't ever come!
