We stayed here for our anniversary and guest relations welcomed us with a surprise and upgraded us to a better room with great treats at the room. The hotel was great including gardens with lots of trees, SPA center and delicious dinner and breakfast. Thanks for such a warm welcome and nice stay. We will surely come again with our son as the hotel has also nice opportunities for children. I definitely recommend for everyone.

Excellent place for family with kids. They are serving half board with great variety of food. Internal and external swimming pools, in addition to kids water playing areas. There is kids nursing area and kids theater for singing and watching movies. Tennis and claiming area and Forest walking.

An excellent hotel for families, there is a big forest in the hotel which you can go for a walk and enjoy the views and the nature. There is outdoor play ground and indoor mini club for the kids and many other facilities as mentioned in the hotel profile. I just wished that the bathroom is bigger, but for me it's not a big deal, it was ok. The staff and the house keeping services are amazing. There is so many varieties of international food in the buffet. If you are going to sapanca, you have to stay there, in my opinion this is the best hotel in Turkey so far if it's not the best in the whole world

Simply amazing beautiful modern hotel of glass and marble. Great dining and calm quiet room with bar. Notable for its landscaped grounds.

The nicest escape from the city, the gardens around it are so big, the water slides are nice, i was there with my husband and 6 months old baby around this time last year. It was super relaxing and the hot indoor pools were just amazing!
