They upgraded us to 3 star hotel(grand star hotel) which is next to Taksim star worse one. Room were smelly , ppl in reception is not helpfull at all. In fact they gave us under ground room it was horrible.

The best of the best! Really comfortable location, very friendly staff, luxury rooms and amazing atmosphere in general! Thank you so much all of you guys! I’ll come again! Recommend it for sure!! Greetings from Greece!

It was a dreadful experience to stay in Taksim star hotel in Istanbul. Rooms were so small and dirty. The staff is non cooperative. It is like nightmare. In pics. On net it shows like a 4 star hotel but in real it was below any ranking. If anyone has a booking of this hotel in near future, please consider to cancel it. Honestly, keep away from this place of fraud people.
