Çeşme’nin en güzel yerlerinden biridir çarşısı. Yerli ve yabancı turistlerin uğrak yeri. Hint ve çin malları, suni deri, imitasyon markalar bulabileceğiniz ürünler arasında. Ana sokaktan çıkıpta sokaklara girince eski güzel Rum evlerini görmek mümkün. Turizm bakımından kendini oldukça geliştirmiş ilçede ulaşım zor değildir. Sokaklarında tipik ege mimarisinin izlerini gösteren çeşmeler göze çarpar. Ege’nin sıcak havalarında serinletsin diye insanlar sokaklara çeşmeler yaptırmıştır. Bazı çeşmeleri sıralamak gerekirse: Kabadayı Çeşmesi, Kandıra Çeşmesi, Maraş Çeşmesi, Mimar Memed çeşmesi, Şekerci Çeşmesi, Halk Çeşmesi, Yeni Belediye Çeşmesi vb

Beautiful small town in Cesme, with plenty of pretty boutique hotels. Lots of nice jewellery shops and other shops and good food at restaurants. Also, this would be a good place to shop for home decor. This town is good for one night stay, although i stayed two nights, but this was in October, and my second day was strolling the same places and figuring out my onward travel and the means of transportation. People are friendly. I had a very good time chatting with a lady and her daughter working at the hotel i stayed at, she invited us for tea, while we waited for a taxi after the check out. The taxi meter in Cesme was the fastest running meter i had seen in all my travels. October weather was pleasant, summer wear did the job, although i was prepared for a colder weather. A good break from the hustling bustling streets of Istanbul.

BEAUTIFUL place. I hear it gets over crowded in the summer. I was lucky enough to be there when it was quiet and loved loved loved it. I can imagine spending a couple of weeks there. No specific place to pick out. Every street, shop, restaurant was fabilaus and picturesque. A must see town.

The city center is just great! Time flies while you just walk around and have bites and drinks around the place. Highly recommended!

Has its own character. Old Aegean town. Worth seeing. Lots of restaurants with tables on the sidewalk. And quite pricey.
